Shipping Policy

Orders are posted within one week of order placement, barring extreme or bizarre circumstances. All orders shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. There is no guarantee Canada Post will deliver orders within a certain timeframe, but usually they arrive within a week from the shipping date.

No refunds will be offered on any orders that have already been placed, except in the event that Canada Post marks an order as lost. If your order is marked as lost by Canada Post, you will be refunded by e-transfer upon providing the relevant information.

Shipping fees for online orders don't reflect the exact cost of shipping orders and may be slightly more or less than it actually costs me. I do my best to keep these numbers accurate.
